Take the lead in driving our sales activities across Western Europe. In this role, you will actively shape customer relationships, develop key markets, and contribute to the international growth of our Baking & Savory business.

Tus tareas

  • Actively build, maintain, and develop strong customer relationships, both remotely and through regular on-site visits (travel activity of up to 30%)
  • Take full ownership of assigned customer accounts and serve as a trusted partner, providing expert advice on our Baking & Savory solutions with a focus on long-term collaboration and customer satisfaction
  • Create tailored offers, lead price negotiations, and successfully close contracts in line with business objectives
  • Coordinate all relevant account activities, ensure accurate maintenance of customer data, and systematically document customer interactions and developments
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, analyze key performance indicators, and translate insights into effective sales actions
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade fairs, strengthening market presence and identifying new business opportunities

Tu perfil

  • A bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business Administration, Chemistry, Food Chemistry, Food Technology, or a comparable field
  • A high willingness to travel combined with excellent self-organization and time management skills
  • At least three years of professional experience within the food and/or food ingredients industry, with a solid understanding of market dynamics and customer needs; an affinity for food technology or chemistry is highly valued
  • Business-fluent English and German skills, both written and spoken, enabling confident communication with international and local stakeholders
  • A proactive, goal-oriented mindset paired with a strong customer focus and a natural instinct for identifying market potential and sales opportunities
