Your Tasks

  • Verantwortung für die Planung, Koordination und Begleitung interner und externer Audits auf Gruppenebene
  • Betrieb, Weiterentwicklung und Nachverfolgung des Risk-Management-Systems gemäß den Vorgaben der Oetker Collection KG
  • Unterstützung und Beratung bei Compliance-, Datenschutz- und Governance-Themen sowie aktive Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit der Holding
  • Initiierung, Steuerung und Koordination bereichsübergreifender Aufgaben und Sonderprojekte im Corporate-Umfeld
  • Verantwortung für das Projekt- und Kostencontrolling im IT-Umfeld, inklusive Transparenz, Reporting und Steuerung

Your Profile

  • Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium in Betriebswirtschaftslehre (BWL), Volkswirtschaftslehre (VWL), Finance & Accounting, International Business Management oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Mit oder ohne relevante Berufserfahrung – auch Berufseinsteiger:innen sind willkommen
  • Sehr gute analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie sicheres Auftreten
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (Niveau B2–C1) in Wort und Schrift
  • Interesse an Corporate-, Governance-, Compliance- und IT-nahen Themen
