Your Tasks

  • Lead the Supply & Operations Execution (S&OE) process for the Life Science division by coordinating global production and supply planning activities to ensure reliable execution and high delivery performance
  • Analyze global demand and supply balances and develop short‑term supply and production scenarios in close collaboration with key stakeholders, enabling fast and data‑driven decision‑making
  • Lead and guide the production planning teams across all Life Science sites, ensuring alignment, best‑practice adoption, and operational excellence
  • Act as the Key User for Replenishment Planning and Production Scheduling within our planning software, driving continuous improvements, process standardization, and master data integrity
  • Support replenishment and production scheduling teams, facilitate knowledge sharing across sites, and serve as an escalation point for ad‑hoc operational issues
  • Lead Supply Chain Planning projects and actively participate in cross‑functional initiatives by providing subject‑matter expertise
  • Monitor KPIs and generate performance reports to track process effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities

Your Profile

  • Professional Experience: 3–5 years of experience in a comparable role within production and supply chain planning, ideally in the Life Science or related manufacturing industry. Proven track record in managing operational planning teams and driving short-term production and supply execution
  • Systems & Tools: Strong expertise in SAP ERP (must-have) with hands-on experience in production planning and replenishment modules. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (desirable) and other supply chain planning tools is a plus
  • Languages: Fluent in German and English (C1/Negotiation level), both written and spoken, to confidently interact with global teams and stakeholders
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Highly analytical mindset with the ability to drive data‑based decision‑making.
    • Leadership skills in coaching, aligning, and empowering teams.
    • Experienced in managing complex stakeholder landscapes to ensure transparent, cross functional solution‑oriented communication.
    • High level of initiative, proactively identifying opportunities, addressing issues early, and driving continuous improvement.
