Your Tasks
- As a Sales Manager, you are responsible for actively building, maintaining, and developing customer relationships—both remotely and on-site, with travel requirements of up to 50%
- You independently manage customer accounts and provide expert advice on our products and services, focusing on long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction
- Within your responsibilities, you create offers, negotiate prices, and finalize contracts—including setting and monitoring payment terms based on internal guidelines
- You coordinate relevant accounts, maintain customer data, and systematically document all interactions in Salesforce—from lead generation and opportunity management to visit planning and reporting
- In close collaboration with internal teams such as Customer Service and I&AD, you handle technical inquiries and customer questionnaires, ensuring smooth communication
- Additionally, you monitor market and competitor developments, analyze key performance indicators, and leverage industry events and trade fairs to position Budenheim effectively in the market
- As a growth driver, you identify new applications and markets, actively support new product launches, and strategically employ cold calling and sales planning to acquire new customers.
Your Profile
- You hold a completed Bachelor’s degree—ideally in Business Administration, Chemistry, or Pharmacy
- You have a high willingness to travel and excel at organizing yourself efficiently, structured, and independently while on the road
- Proficient use of Salesforce is part of your daily routine to effectively manage leads, offers, and reporting
- You possess in-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and understand both market dynamics and regulatory requirements
- Negotiation-level English skills, both written and spoken, enable you to communicate confidently—even in demanding customer conversations
- You demonstrate strong initiative and goal orientation, combined with a keen sense for customers, markets, and sales opportunities.
