Your Tasks
- Managing and developing relationships with both existing and new customers in the European market
- Taking ownership of new projects in the field of specialty masterbatches
- Gaining a deep understanding of our products and aligning them with customer needs and challenges
- Collaborating closely with colleagues from Sales, Innovation & Application Development, and Marketing within the Polymers Cluster
- Contributing to strategic discussions around innovation, future market developments, and long-term business opportunities
- Acting as a key interface between customers and internal departments such as Production, Planning, Purchasing, and Logistics
- Providing regular updates to the Head of Sales EMEA on project status, market trends, and customer feedback
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in plastics engineering, polymer technology or equivalent
- 5 years of experience in technical sales of polymer & specialty additives in Plastics Industry
- Demonstrated position of responsibility in solving commercial and technical problems at customers’ end
- Excellent command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing, command of the German language is an advantage
- Experience in technical project management or commercial economics is a plus
- Added advantage if knowledge in the 4-R approach for proper plastic use, and specific experience in the circularity of industrial thermoplastic for high quality recycling
