• Actively contribute to driving the sustainability transformation with your ideas and commitment
• Support the effective implementation of sustainable solutions
• Create and maintain communication materials related to sustainability
• Shape the dialogue with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure structure and organization within sustainability management
• Keep all relevant documents and materials clearly organized and easily accessible
• Use and deeply understand data to support decision-making
• Conduct in-depth analyses to provide valuable input for further developing the sustainability strategy

• You want to be part of a dedicated team, actively contribute, and gain valuable practical experience in a meaningful environment
• You are enrolled at a university – ideally in a program such as Sustainability Management, Environmental Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a similar field
• You are interested in sustainable corporate strategies, CSR, and ESG topics – and want to not just talk about them, but actively shape them
• You are familiar with project work and data analysis (e.g., using Excel), have gained initial experience, and enjoy exploring new topics
• You communicate confidently in both German and English – in writing and in conversation
• You are characterized by team spirit and initiative – you enjoy working collaboratively on solutions but also take responsibility independently
