The Team Lead Workplace oversees both professional and disciplinary leadership of the Workplace team and drives a modern, user-centric strategy for Microsoft and iOS devices. They serve as a technical expert and key stakeholder manager between IT, business units, and external partners.

They actively optimise existing solutions, introduce new technologies, and design standardised client engineering processes. They also support team growth through coaching, feedback, and development plans to build a high-performing, future-ready team.

This role reports directly to the Head of Technology Solutions and is primarily onsite.

Your Tasks

Actively manage the ongoing development and optimisation of workplace solutions, identifying and introducing new technologies, tools, and concepts to support a modern, user-centric IT environment

Design and implement efficient workflows for client engineering and management, focusing on process definition, standardisation, and scalability

Ensure operational stability and user satisfaction by contributing to change, problem, and incident management, as well as handling requests and gathering requirements in collaboration with internal stakeholders

Take ownership of team development by conducting regular feedback sessions, providing individual coaching and support, and fostering a culture of learning, accountability, and continuous improvement

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to align workplace strategy with broader IT and business objectives

Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of workplace services, driving improvements based on data insights

Serve as an escalation point and mentor within the team, ensuring both technical quality and professional growth

Your Profile

University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field

Proven experience managing modern workplace and device management solutions, such as Microsoft Intune

Strong leadership skills paired with high social competence and the ability to motivate and develop teams

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders

Clear target and result orientation, focused on delivering measurable outcomes

Proficient in English (minimum C1 level) and German or Spanish (minimum B2 level)
