Take the next step in your career with us as a Digital Innovation Manager (all genders). The Digital Innovation Manager in Corporate IT is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and driving the adoption of new technologies across the organization. 

The Digital Innovation Manager is pivotal in fostering a culture of innovationand advancing Budenheim’s digital transformation. Budenheim comprises various plants in Spain and Mexico, among others. With around 1,200 employees, we have been producing specialty products and phosphates in the materials and life sciences sector for more than 100 years.

Your Tasks

  • You can identify and evaluate emerging technologies that have the potential to drive business value
  • You have the chance to lead the development and execution of pilots, PoCs, and MVPs to test and validate new technologies
  • It makes you fun to create and manage a digital innovation roadmap, outlining key initiatives, and resource requirements
  • You promote a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the organization
  • We help you to stay updated on the latest advancements in digital technology and innovation methodologies

Your Profile

  • You have successfully completed a degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Innovation Management or have a comparable qualification
  • You have relevant experience of leading pilots, Proofs of Concepts and Minimum Viable Products
  • You are able to speak english fluently
