Solution Engineer Salesforce (all genders)

Within our Business Solutions division, workflow-based processes with Salesforce and other application solutions such as SAP and Microsoft 365 play a key role in our sustainable value creation process. The aim is to continue to individualize and optimize these.

• Together with your team colleagues, you will design, configure and implement Salesforce solutions following best practices
• To do this, you will analyze business requirements and create workflow-based solution proposals.
• You will Customize Salesforce cloud solutions to enhance functionality and optimize business processes and ensuring seamless integration of Salesforce with other business systems and applications.
• As a Solution Engineer, you will nProposing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within Salesforce
• You will also manage other external Salesforce developers and consultants to ensure our quality standards.
• Usually not popular, but necessary: You ensure the transfer of knowledge via documentation to our knowledge management system.

• Ideally, you have successfully completed a degree in computer science / business informatics or similiar.
• Building on this, you have gained first experiences with Salesforce technologies,e.g. Visualforce, Apex and Lightning (Web) Components
• You are able to analyze requirements and you want to  creat workflow-oriented solution concepts in an advisory capacity for specialist departments or customers
• Your are able to speak english fluently.
• Certification as a Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM201) is desirable, but not essential.
