The IT Project Manager takes a leading role in advancing Budenheim’s Data Driven Factory transformation; our global effort to harness data and technology across our global production and business processes.

Acting as both a technical expert and strategic coordinator, you connect IT, production, and business units to turn digital concepts into measurable outcomes. You translate complex requirements into actionable roadmaps, guide cross-site delivery, and ensure that Industry 4.0 solutions unlock real value for our people and processes.

As a trusted partner to senior management and local teams, you bring structure, clarity, and momentum to Budenheim’s evolution into a truly data-driven enterprise. This role reports directly to the Head of Technology Solutions and requires regular onsite presence at our headquarters and international sites.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören

  • Lead and manage strategic IT projects as part of Budenheim’s Data Driven Factory transformation journey, ensuring delivery on time, scope, and budget

  • Prioritize and oversee the IT project portfolio to align with Budenheim’s long-term strategic objectives and available resources

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and international partners, fostering effective collaboration throughout the project lifecycle

  • Identify risks and design mitigation strategies to safeguard business continuity and project success

  • Act as the central contact for stakeholders, including senior management and local site leaders worldwide, ensuring transparency and alignment

Was Sie mitbringen

  • Degree in Business Informatics, IT, Engineering, or a related field (or comparable qualification)

  • Proven experience in leading IT projects within industrial or technical environments

  • Familiarity with Industry 4.0, smart manufacturing, or data-driven production processes

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and intercultural collaboration skills across global teams

  • Experience in change management, guiding organizations and teams through digital transformation

  • Fluent in English; German is a plus
