Global Project Manager Sustainability Transformation (f/m/d)

As Global Project Manager Sustainability Transformation, you will work closely with the VP Sustainability Transformation and the entire Budenheim organisation. You will accompany, analyse and advise various teams and communities in the development and expansion of operational technology data collection for transfer to the various reports that Budenheim produces - also as part of Geschwister Oetker Beteiligungs-GmbH. • Creation and preparation of the status quo and gap analysis regarding relevant indicators, data, data structures and technology across locations (relevance in relation to ESG strategy, location/operational strategy, sustainability reporting, etc.)
• Development of a strategy and implementation concept regarding data collection of different streams by using the existing IIoT
• (Co-)management of the project team
• Preparation of corresponding project plans in coordination with various communities
• Development and maintenance of task management
• Project on time, on quality, on budget.

• Business studies
• 6-8 years of work experiences in similar environment
• PMI or project management training desirable
• Experience in agile working methods
• Project management
• Coordination of project activities across all production sites
• Technical knowledge desirable
• English, good German, Spanish an advantage.
